Why choose our Pixel LED Neon Flex?

Why choose our LED Neon Flex?

Our Pixel-Controlled Neon Flex is built from the inside out for performance, precision, and durability in demanding dynamic lighting projects

Top Brand LEDs

We use high-brightness LEDs from trusted brands like Epistar and Lumileds. Each LED features a copper bracket and gold wire packaging, ensuring low light decay, high CRI (≥90), and consistent color output (SDCM<3), even after long-term use.

3-Ounce Double Copper FPC

Unlike typical 1–2oz PCB boards, our Pixel LED strip uses 3-ounce pure copper flexible PCBs, which drastically improve current capacity, thermal stability, and reduce voltage drop over longer runs—essential for pixel applications where precise voltage is critical.

Fully Addressable Control

Supports advanced ICs including TM1934, UCS2904, WS2811, DMX512 and more. Each segment or pixel is individually controllable for smooth gradients, chasing effects, wave animations, and interactive patterns. Compatible with Madrix, Artnet, K8000, K1000C and major protocols like SPI & DMX512.

Seamless One-Piece Extrusion

Made using Dow Corning optical-grade silicone, our extrusion is seamless, highly transparent, and UV-resistant. No glue lines, no yellowing, no shrinkage—only clean, architectural-grade finishes.

Anti-Break Internal Design

We embed reinforced bend-resistant clips inside the extrusion to prevent PCB fracture or shifting, even under frequent bending, stretching, or thermal expansion.

Premium Exterior Finish

Surface is treated for dust and fingerprint resistance, maintaining a clean and upscale appearance—perfect for luxury facades and public installations.

UL-Certified 20AWG Cable

Each Neon strip is pre-wired with industrial-grade UL 20AWG tinned copper cables, designed for reliable current delivery and secure connection over time.

IP67 Waterproof & UV Resistance

The entire structure is weatherproof, UV stable, and rated IP67, ready for long-term outdoor use in rain, dust, or direct sunlight environments.

Our Available Pixel Control Protocols

Our Available Pixel Control Protocols

SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) Protocol

SPI is a synchronous serial communication protocol widely used to control addressable LED strip lights. It utilizes four primary signal lines: SCLK (clock) for timing synchronization, MOSI (master-out-slave-in) for sending data, and GND. This structure enables fast, stable, and precise control of LED strips, making SPI ideal for applications requiring real-time animations, smooth color transitions, and high refresh rates.

However, unlike standardized protocols, SPI lacks a universal format for controlling pixel LEDs. Different addressable neon rope lights, such as those using WS2811 or TM1914 driver chips, rely on distinct SPI implementations. This means users must configure the correct SPI protocol based on the specific LED strip model to ensure compatibility and proper operation in their lighting installations.

Features SPI LED IC
Color Channels RGB, RGBW (varies by IC)
Data Line 1-wire or 2-wire
Speed High-speed, low-latency
Control Precision High (each LED / Each 3 LED individually controlled)
Supported Effects Smooth animations, gradients, pixel-level effects
Pros Fast, efficient, minimal signal delay
Cons Susceptible to signal degradation over long distances
Features DMX LED IC
Color Channels RGB, RGBW, Multi-channel
Data Line 3-wire (Data+, Data-, Ground)
Speed Standardized DMX rate (250 kbps)
Control Precision Medium – Address-based control
Distance Up to 100m per segment (with repeaters)
Pros Stable, long-distance, multi-channel control
Cons Requires DMX controllers & address setup

DMX512 Protocol

DMX512 (Digital Multiplex 512) is an international standard protocol used for precise lighting control. Unlike SPI, which relies on continuous data streaming, DMX512 operates as a unidirectional, packet-based system. A DMX controller sends up to 512 channels of data per universe, with each channel representing a single control parameter (e.g., brightness or color).

Key features of DMX512 protocol include:

  • 3-Wire Control – Uses data+, data-, and ground for stable transmission
  • Addressable Control – Each LED fixture is assigned a unique address for independent operation
  • Long-Distance Capability – Requires signal repeaters for distances beyond 100m
  • Fixed Refresh Rate – Ensures consistent lighting performance across fixtures

Breakpoint Transmission

Breakpoint transmission is an advanced technology designed to enhance the reliability of addressable LED strips, particularly in large-scale installations. Unlike traditional addressable LED strips, which stop functioning correctly if a single LED fails, breakpoint transmission allows the signal to bypass the faulty LED and continue transmitting to the rest of the strip.

This technology works by integrating dual-signal transmission paths within each LED driver chip. If the primary data line is interrupted due to damage or a defective LED, the backup signal line automatically takes over, ensuring uninterrupted operation. This significantly improves the stability of LED installations, especially in outdoor, commercial, or stage lighting environments where maintenance can be challenging.

Breakpoint transmission is commonly used in DMX512 and SPI-based LED systems, particularly in applications requiring high reliability and minimal downtime. By preventing a single-point failure from affecting the entire strip, it ensures consistent lighting performance, making it an ideal solution for professional lighting projects.

Features Breakpoint transmission IC
Color Channels RGB, RGBW
Data Line Dual-signal (redundant data path)
Speed Comparable to standard SPI
Reliability High – LEDs continue functioning even if one fails
Supported Effects Same as SPI but with enhanced stability
Pros Higher fault tolerance, ideal for long installations
Cons Slightly higher cost than standard SPI
